Australian artist and arts education, Tasman Julius August Fehlberg was born in Hobart, Tasmania on the 15th of September, 1912.
Fehlberg focused primarily on landscape, often experimenting with oil and water colour paints and worked throughout Tasmania, Victoria and New South Wales.
He died in Cronulla, Sydney on March 14th 1971.
